We must first distinguish between homeless individuals who genuinely require assistance and those who have succumbed to drug addiction or are clinically mentally ill. There is a prevalent fear these days that offering help to strangers may result in violent outbursts. Instead, we should focus our efforts on individuals who are not only mentally healthy but also genuinely desire to rebuild their lives.

Specifically there is a Vipassana intake form and requirement, until we have the model working that should be the case.
